However, in the design,#10 steel will be more expensive than #20 steel, because its allowable stress will be smaller #10 steel pipe weldability is better.
25 and below are low carbon steel plates, 30 and above are medium carbon steel plates.
NO.20 Carbon steel, the steel has low strength, good toughness, plasticity and weldability. The tensile strength is 355-500MPa, and the elongation is ≥24%.
Normalizing can promote spheroidization of the steel, refine large block proeutectoid ferrite, and improve the cutting performance of the embryo less than 160HBS.
No. 25 steel is a high-quality carbon structural steel with certain strength, hardness, plasticity and toughness.

There seems to be no 15 steel on the market, which can be replaced by 20 steel.
